This is going to bite me, I'm sure, but at the moment the data submission forms (unlike page change submission) carry out their action immediately. This is a problem!
Actually, the new-page submission form should also be subject to approval. Right now, it's not too important, since the code refuses to create a new Wiki page which could clobber anything already in existence, but once the CodeWiki extensions are working, it will be harder for the code to determine that (anything a Wiki page writes out to another file would have to be checked.) I can imagine a serious problem there.
