The metacartoonist defies all expectation yet again by inserting an episode in mid-hiatus. The minimality of this episode serves to
accentuate the essential metareality of mouse's contribution; its unabashed simplicity is merely a dropcloth over the hidden depths of
unused furniture in the figurative vacant house of the metacartoonist's plan. Which, of course, is absent, because the metacartoonist
is on hiatus.
