This beginning strip is about as far as you can go with nothing but panels. However, the panel structure is superb, and it's on a background of purest Boxjam Blue. From the setup, to the two-panel quick action and reaction, and culminating in the final group shot and general hilarity, you can see that the nascent plot structure of this strip is indeed well-planned and well-executed, reminiscent of a Walt Kelley Sunday Pogo.
