For those of you who weren't following mushy love song pop rock in Yugoslavia in the 80's, well, you probably have never heard of either the group Magazin or the song "Ti Si Zelja Mog Zivota". All I can say is, your loss. And get to Napster before they turn it off.

So this is not the way I want to be able to draw this sort of thing. The Toon-o-Matic, in this case, has no knowledge that Hick and Chick's hands are touching. It just moves one hand over here and one hand over here and only by tweaking it around did I get the two here's to be one here. And that's not my ultimate goal. So I still have a long road ahead.

Oh, and the Toonbot wanted me to tell you: SOMEONE SET UP US THE BOMB.

YOUR COMPLETE LOWER SURFACE ARE AUDITION TO US. ALL YOUR BASE, meet Babelfish.

What? You expected an update? Instead, I give you the coveted Toonbots Award, presented to Glych, for convincing use of Gilbert and Sullivan in a Webtoon. .

And quit whining. I'll get back to Toonbots soon.

OK, OK, stop whining already. Here's an update. But since I'm immersed in software, you will be, too.

In case you were wondering whether or not I'm cool, I am. I actually got paid to write this article about wxPython. Not too shabby, eh? I'm pumped. I just finished an article on Zope, too, but it's not published yet.

I'd also like to take this opportunity to note that my stupid ALL YOUR BASE/Babelfish page is now the biggest draw on my entire site, including the parts that have to do with my actual livelihood. Just when you think you've got the world figured out, it takes an abrupt left turn at Albuquerque.

Spam. I hate spam. So today, I got spam to my Toonbots address. And I decided to do something about it. Boy, I gotta update this comic.

Ten days is still better than fourteen days. As usual, the problem is that I want to extend the expressiveness of the medium. Unlike nd and Iron Shamrock, full and total minimalism has never appealed to me that much. So instead, I decided to run some of the junk mail on my desk through my double translation script. Nothing like fully automating the cartooning process.

W00t! Thanks to Napoleon for the joke of today's strip! All it takes is a basic idea sometimes. It snowballs after you just get started. Napoleon is not only too cool for Keen, she's a darned good toonist, too. Go read Snaildust. Now. No, you'll get a sucker after supper. Did you hear me? Go on!
