Excellent Toonbots! This one, in fact, has a surprsingly lucid plot. (So did the BoxJam storyline, actually, but I wasn't sure if that would continue or not.) Not sure if this is actually set up for the next Toonbot, and possibly starting another storyline, or if the Dead Reds will return to take over the strip (I still think it might be amusing for Chairman Mao to take a more active role in the storyline.)

I'm surprised at the difference eyes make to Hick's appearance though. I confess I was rather leery about facial features, but this certainly makes him much more expressive. As Toonbots and the amazing Toon-O-Matic continues to break new ground, I am continually impressed (and anxiously awaiting the early days of May.)

Capital, capital, capital, Mr. Roberts! (And I do appreciate the new update notices. And I'm off to bed. Goodnight to the Jihad, wherever you are.)

Oh, I can just hear the song, "He's got ... BoxJam eyes." Doesn't scan like "Bette Davis eyes" though.

"I Ain't Got No Body" would be perfect for Chairman Mao.

Ah. Doth that mean that I might have planted the seeds for a future Toonbots episode?

If not, I may try doing that as fan art one of these days.
