xXx -- 9.0 at least

Good flick. OK, OK, it's not going to take any Oscars or anything, but it was quite enjoyable. And (unlike Spy Games) when they want to show Prague, by God they go to Prague and film it! I remain somewhat unconvinced that navigable waterways extend into the Slovakian mountains, and even more unconvinced that a Slovakian chateau would have a basement dock, but eh, these are mere quibbles and more than made up for by the fact that this Vin Diesel guy has (1) really impressive musculature and (2) a really funny deadpan delivery.

In short: don't go in expecting philosophical enlightenment, but if you're after lots of cool explosions and snowboarding and flying around on dirtbikes, this could be for you.

But I don't think a car stolen in Berlin would have B.F.Goodrich tires. Come on.

Did they show any of the canals and gondolas?

Oh wait. That's only one week every 500 years. Sort of like the Biennale, but less often. They probably missed it then -- couldn't wait around for the festivities.

but where else can you park your boxjam-blue motorboat?

You're probably right about the navigable, though; last I heard the bridges were pretty low along the Elbe (but getting better).
