July 26 Toon

Well, I'll admit there really *isn't* a lot to dig into, though it's a great opportunity to spend time once again with Chairman Mao's insidious gaze. But the blurb was undoubtedly a classic, and a good blurb goes a long way. Congratulations and all that.

You mean the question as to whether there's *actually* a hiatus isn't a truly deep and philosophical issue?

My world crumbles.

Peace, Tim Bram.

Well, at this point, it's gone beyond a hiatus. Instead of a normal continuation and the odd hiatus, now hiatus is the norm and the resumption of the strip is out of the ordinary. One toon a month or so is generally expected, with the odd spurt of four or five strips at once breaking up the monotony.
