the evils of live-action animation films

just came across this disturbing news report: http://downtoearth.ncbuy.com/newscenter/weirdnews.html?qdate=2002-04-19&nav=VIEW&id=HUS0063L923020419

titled "Scooby-Doo Star: `Thank God I was a Mime'"

(which pretty much says it all) - but what it says, is, one of the live-action stars credits his experience as a mime with allowing him to better act with an animated scooby.

in other words, these comic redos ARE PROMOTING MIMISM!

if it weren't friday, i would start a movement against this sort of thing.

And friends, it'd be a movement. The Lenin's Cereal Anti-Massacree Movement, and all you have to do to join is to sing along!

actually it is (although you will have to remind me which billy joel song - haven't listened to him in years (although i do like his stuff....just the way life goes))

and actually three times a week is _above_ aver*urk*choke*gag*

*cough*

sorry - my brain just leaped down my throat and tried to strangle me.

what i _meant_ to say, was "and actually, _this toon_ is above average for net cartoons, with its excellent recap fitted into a tight rhyming scheme".
