Hey, guys! I just got told that I'm getting laid off! And my last day is Friday!

What does this mean to you? Well, not much, except that I won't be around anymore cause I won't be peeking at here while at work anymore.

I just wanted you to know how much I enjoy all of you.

It's been fun!

i'm so sorry to hear this - both that you are losing your job, and that you won't be coming around anymore (but maybe on your _next_ job- or you could get a computer at home to help job searches, and keeping your resume updated, and all like that).
seriously - i know the job situation must be real tight in nyc right now - hope it gets better for you soon.
