Hey, if the ground was worth going over once, it's good enough for a few more episodes. The motto: if nothing else, spend five minutes hacking out *something*. That's the new Toonbots strategy I'm trying to stick to.
It's not like I'm doing *nothing*. I've been toying with PNG and have gotten some nicely small graphics. I need to convert all the old ones, then I can change the archive system to get read of GIF!
And IBM is going to buy an article from me about ImageMagick. Once more I've proved that nothing is ever wasted effort. (Not to mention the new startup I'm getting involved in, which will involve dynamic generation of maps, using ... ImageMagick!)
