The gracious Emsworth neglects to mention that the party held in the thread (http://www.keenspot.com/KeenBoard/Forum40/HTML/000759.html) was in honour of his attaining the exalted title of Keenspot Despot (or Dish Pot as he suggests, as long as the lid is kept shiny) with 1000 messages posted.
And certainly every message of his I've read has been worth the time it took to read it and more.
