Poor Guthrie was a bit shaken, but I'm giving him an extra meta-fictional pillow tonight. Oh, and just saw the Toon. Brilliant, Michael! I truly laughed quite audibly and uncontrollably! I had almost given up on you (and in fact was depicting defenestrations of other comic characters at thetime), but this! Brilliant! I naturally loved the line about the wolverines, and Mao's entrance was a perfect example of sublime comedic timing, in my opinion! Such a complex and involved toon! Wonderful work, Michael!

I had almost given up on you Heck, *I'd* about given up on me. I don't function well if my three-day total sleep is at least 20 hours, and I was down around 17. While it is conducive to creativity to be punch-drunk from fatigue, it makes it difficult to follow anything through. All I can say is, it's a good thing I don't actually have to draw anything to do an episode...
