Most spam can be detected simply based on form, but there is the occasional post that screams spam based on content alone. Words like "sexvideo" or "cialis" are dead giveaways, so at some point a spam word list would be nice. (This can also be derived by analysis, of course, and text analysis would be a very nice general tool to have.)
